I have spent over 20 years working in PR & communications. Prior to co-founding Thinking Hat, I was Global Head of PR at e-commerce scaleup notonthehighstreet.com & Head of Communications at BlackRock-backed venture capital fund, Forward Partners.
What I do: I work on our agency’s growth both nationally and internationally, whilst also providing counsel on the communications strategy for global brands including Amazon, AWS & L’Oréal Group. I’m passionate about supporting the global tech ecosystem, its founders and senior leadership teams to deliver world-beating communications.
Superpower: Hailing from North Yorkshire originally, I can make a cup of tea disappear alarmingly fast.

Background: As a former consumer PR and influencer marketing expert, I have spent the past decade building Thinking Hat into one of London’s best loved boutique communications agencies. Fuelled by a passion for people, culture, and purpose-led storytelling, I’m proud to have created an agency where diversity, authenticity, and entrepreneurial spirit power everything we do.
What I do: Passionate about people, I focus on creating a positive, empowering, and high-performance culture where every team member can thrive. Alongside leading our London HQ, I’m also spearheading Thinking Hat’s global expansion into the Middle East.

I kicked off my PR career in Sydney before swapping media lists for boarding passes as Emirates cabin crew, an adventure that fuelled my love of stories and sharpened my instinct for reading a room (or a cabin). Now grounded in London, I lead Thinking Hat’s PR team and help clients cut through the noise with smart, human-centred comms.
What I do: I shape strategy with impact in mind, always thinking about what makes a business feel human. Over the years, I’ve worked with all kinds of clients, from global blue-chip brands to ambitious startup founders and lean SMEs, which has given me a deep appreciation for the power of human-led storytelling that cuts across them all. Now, I use that experience to help businesses find their voice and use it meaningfully—whether that’s through a standout media moment, third-party advocacy programmes, or consistent knowledge sharing that builds trust over time.
Superpower: If I had a superhero persona, it would be The Libra—which happens to be my star sign. My superpower is leading with balance and intuition. I’ve often been told that I bring a calm, considered energy that helps everyone feel grounded, no matter how fast things are moving.

I love this quote because, like most things in life, including a good comms strategy, it’s not about perfection. It’s about knowing how to pivot, adapt, and keep things moving in the right direction.

I spent 10 years producing television content for public and private broadcasters in Joburg before making the move to London, where I moved into PR.
What I do: I head up Video Production for our Studios department, and project manage uniquely creative or process-driven briefs. I advise clients and the rest of the Studios team on the best use of video to share important brand messages.
Superpower: Call me The Troubleshooter – for me, there’s no such thing as bad news for my projects, only opportunities to work magic.

I come from a broad B2B & B2C marketing background – but for the past 5 years, I’ve lived and breathed PR and content. I’ve spoken to hundreds of founders and landed stories in major titles like The Times, FT, Forbes, Fast Company and more. I’ve worked on high-impact projects like Sony Music’s $100m Social Justice Fund and supported global brands like Amazon.
What I do: I take a big-picture view – aligning PR with business goals to build integrated story-led campaigns that amplify a brand’s voice and drive meaningful impact.
Superpower: I’m a Creatigist – where bold ideas meet process and planning. I think like an artist but build like a strategist.

I’ve built my career working across tech, lifestyle, and consumer brands, gaining experience in luxury, fintech, B2B, and robotics along the way. Before that, I worked as a celebrity publicist in the Middle East, where I learned to move fast and stay persistent under pressure. Born in New York, raised in Cairo, and a Londoner for the past 9+ years, I bring a global perspective and deep cultural understanding to everything I do. I speak more than one language, but PR is my true mother tongue.
What I do: I am equally at home managing media relations and running press offices as I am leading full-cycle social media content strategy and production. I specialise in storytelling that lands, whether that’s a powerful press release, a thought leadership piece, or a scroll-stopping Instagram reel. I step into my client’s world, find their voice, and turn their message into content that connects clearly and inspires creatively.
Superpower: They call me the ‘Coverage Machine’ because I don’t stop until I land the story !

I began my career in the wild west of crypto PR and have since worked with clients across B2B, consumer, and professional services sectors. My experience spans sectors, audiences and everything in between, from scaling startups to supporting global giants like Amazon. I’m quick to grasp complex ideas and adept at transforming them into compelling, media-ready stories.
What I do: I specialise in thought leadership, executive profiling, and storytelling that actually resonates. I’m passionate about helping a brand find its voice and enabling leaders to communicate with authenticity and authority, whether that’s in a broadcast interview, bylined article, or on LinkedIn.
Superpower: I’ve often been told I’m a safe pair of hands, someone who remains cool, calm, and collected under pressure.
