Onvi provides the very best in mobile Order & Pay systems and offers seamless Order to Table, Pickup and Delivery to pubs, restaurants, hotel and coffee shops all over the UK. Systems like this one already exist in hospitality chains such as Wetherspoon’s and Greene King, but unlike traditional points-of-sale, Onvi goes beyond basic transaction processing by offering features ranging from sales analytics to seamless integration with online ordering platforms, enabling businesses to efficiently manage incoming orders, track delivery drivers, and provide real-time updates to customers.

Thinking Hat took on the challenge of propelling Onvi’s visibility in the fiercely competitive market of mobile order and payment solutions. Our aim was to amplify Onvi’s range of features and raise awareness of the problems the platform solves, such as the invasive data security policies of many in-house ordering apps used by popular hospitality chains.


We secured coverage in national & regional media including BBC News, Yorkshire Evening Post, which were syndicated further afield. Since Onvi were a client with a B2B audience in the hospitality sector, we also pushed for full print spreads with thought leadership bylines in various appropriate trade publications such as Tech Exec; On Trade Progress; Bar Magazine etc.
